Survey of awareness and marketing channels in MOHRE


The UAE is witnessing a major shift in the field of telecommunications and information technology, which enhances its position among the developed nations.  And in order to achieve the national plan and  the government objectives which  consistent with the national policy embodied in UAE vision 2021, the UAE national agenda, and the ICT sector strategy. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization is seeking to develop the awareness plan for smart services and the website based on the needs of customers and their preferences. Awareness plays an important role in creating incentives to encourage customers to use electronic and mobile services. And because the main element of a successful marketing and awareness plan is to identify the needs and expectations of clients, MOHRE is keen to identify these needs and allow them to express their opinion

Through this consultation, the Ministry seeks to identify the needs of customers and their requirements to develop an awareness plan for mobile services and the web site based on them.

What you can expect

The Ministry will discuss the views of the public and make the necessary amendments to the plan in accordance with those views, in order to increase customer satisfaction and to spread awareness about mobile services


The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization studied the results of the survey and all the opinions provided by the public, which contributed to the development and improvement of the plan and the means used in spreading public awareness among the customers and helped in identifying the channels that the public prefer.
